Good instructors leave lasting impressions, and John did just that with me.  He is dynamic and compassionate about what he has been doing for 20 years.                Meet Sam Taylor- We call him "Mr. Entertainer!"  Previously, entertained thousands as a high profile Elvis Impersonator performing all over the USA.  Has worked and rubbed shoulders with many, many Hollywood stars (just ask to see the pictures!)  Currently, is now a local favorite Santa Barbara Bartender & Bar/Entertainment Consultant.

Former champion moto-cross competitor-now inspiring actor, who is only ½ way through the course and without any prior bartending experience has already stepped behind a local bar @ the Old Town Tavern and guest bartended!  Gotta love those motorcycle crazy people!

After taking the bartending course - Mhynda along with her husband Bill, became the owners of a 10,000 square foot Country Western Bar in Carson City, Nevada!  A must see if you are ever visiting!!!  It has many museum quaility artifacts, live bands, dancing with or without lessons, and of course - some of the best drinks & bartenders in town!!!

Krishna:  john, your class is excellent! had the time of my life and learned so many different drinks (and the basic foundation for making *any* drink) in just two weeks. now i just need to perfect my cocktail shaker twirling so i can look cool like tom cruise! :) 

Kellen:   PCBS offers a real life bar situation, speed drills, and a giant lexicon of drinks for practical use. Not only that, we were able to learn bar "politics" and finances. PCBS is great.
