1.  PCBS is no virtual reality, CD Bar Simulation, moblie portable bar set up!  Our Facility is designed as an"On The Job" working bartenders training program.  Each of our 6 stations comes fully equipped with operational soda guns, ice bins, speed racks, 3 bin sinks, glass washing brushes, jockey boxes, spill mats, shot glasses, shakers, strainers, pour spouts, glassware and a fully stocked back bar.
2.  PCBS only accepts a limited number of students per class.  This is to ensure your maximum "hands on" physical learning time.  No need to worry about not having enough practice time because you don’t have a station to work at.
