1.  This is no virtual reality, CD Bar Simulation, moblie portable bar set up!  Our Facility is designed as an"On The Job"working bartenders training program.  Each of our 6 stations comes fully equipped with operational soda guns, ice bins, speed racks, 3 bin sinks, glass washing brushes, jockey boxes, spill mats, shot glasses, shakers, strainers, pour spouts, glassware and a fully stocked back bar. 
2.  PCBS only accepts 6 students per class.  This is to ensure your maximum "hands on" physical learning time.  No need to worry about not having enough practice time because you are sharing your station with several other students. 
3.  Finally, Our Curriculum! Designed by Working Bartenders, Managers & Bar Owners! While watching demonstrations, practicing to music, laughing and enjoying the art of bartending.  You will also be absorbing 150 current drinks, different alcohol categories, alcohol awareness, over-intoxication prevention techniques – all made seemingly effortless - through the memorization and efficiency of motion techniques handed down by generations of seasoned bartenders!  This learning along with your personality directly translates into you having a more enjoyable and profitable lifestyle!

To ensure you get a quality, competent candidate – We test our students on comprehension of recipes, pouring accuracy, time it takes to make the drinks, different alcohol categories &  legalities of server intervention techniques, all registered with the state of California!  If all that still doesn’t make you feel confident, We encourage you to bring all your candidates, our students or not, to the school and throw them behind the bar and have them show you their skills.   This is sure to help take much of the guess work out of making the decision on who would best fit into your establishment.
