2.  PCBS only accepts 6 students per class.  This is to insure your maximum "hands on" physical learning time.  No need to worry about not having enough practice time because you are sharing your station with several other students.

Professional Course  – Cost  $595.00    (For The Career Minded) 
Registered with the State of California, this 2-week course is designed as a "Working Bartenders" Course.  Times are Monday-Thurs- 9am-1pm or 6pm-10pm.   You will learn approx.150 drinks, "SIP" training and everything necessary to become very comfortable as you start your new career as a bartender.  After you pass a written & hands on "pour test", you will earn a Certificate of Completion and lifetime job placement assistance.  "It pays to have friends.  If you & a friend sign up together, you will each receive $100 off the Tuition!!!  Isn't it rewarding to have friends!  Or if you already have a job lined up and won't be using our job placement, you will also receive $100 off the Tuition!!!  Isn't it always who you know!

Bartenders Starter Course/Home Entertainment– Cost $199.00  (CALLING All WAITERS/WAITRESSES… INCREASE YOUR TIPS BY LEARNING DRINK RECIPES – JUST LIKE YOUR BARTENDER DOES - BY “HANDS ON” TRAINING!
In just 4 hours you will learn the basics of bartending and over 40 of the most popular drinks to make your next party a success or to get your foot in the door to the world of bartending. 
FACT: Suggesting drinks is one proven method to increasing your tips!!!  Don’t limit yourself just because you have little or no experience or are not 21 yet!
FACT: Without exception, No Book, Online or DVD course can produce the results a fully equipped bartending school training facility can deliver.  It’s like learning to ride a bike without the bike!  There is simply no more effective and accurate learning method than having the presence of an instructor to watch and guide you, while also utilizing a fully equipped facility.  This is especially true when it comes to creating an environment for greater long-term memory retention. 
FACT: Outside of the bar itself, establishments typically offer only about 30-50 classical & popular drinks.  To be able to suggest 40 different drinks to your customers drastically affects your tip earning potential!  In addition, knowledge of these drinks gives you an edge when seeking employment.  This kind of knowledge, especially without any or little experience is what managers appreciate when looking at a candidate to hire.

"SIP" Training – Cost $35.00   (A Critical Aspect of the Bartenders Job)
This 90 minute Servers Intervention Program (SIP) is rapidly becoming a main concern and desired skill throughout all establishments who sell or serve alcohol.  Taught at PCBS's facility or may also be brought to your establishment.  It focuses on the prevention of over intoxication, legal responsibilities, real senerios and the proper way of handling difficult situations.  "SIP" continues its firm commitment to alcohol beverage servers in understanding the vital role they play in reducing alcohol-related incidents.
